There is nothing hard about learning carpentry in most cases it just takes common sense to conquer obstacles. I am going to give you some key points on what it takes to learn carpentry easily and efficiently
One of the first things I was taught in carpentry is how to read a tape measure. Reading a tape measure is one of the fundamentals of carpentry. If you do not know how to read it, you may want to start learning because a tape measure is the most common tool that a carpenter uses.
Another fundamental in carpentry is using basic carpentry tools. Get familiar using the hammer, utility knife, snips, and speed square. These tools are the most commonly used tools in carpentry. Some commonly used power tools are the chop saw, screw gun, drill, and a circular saw. If you learn how to use these tools fluently you are on your way to becoming a master carpenter.
I graduated out of two carpentry schools one is the UBC carpentry school in Kenilworth New Jersey. The other school I graduated from is the school of hard knocks.
I you are in the learning stages of carpentry remember this old saying. The race is not giving to the swift or the strong but is giving to he or she that endured to the end. In other words keep trucking you will reach your goal.
